Join Britney Baker in a fitness class to move your body and energize your mind.
This class is structured as a bodyweight class to move your body, energize your mind, and get a great sweat on. We will be doing full body exercises to increase your heart rate, isolated holds to activate your muscles, and stretches at the end to cool down.
All fitness levels are welcome. If you have any injuries or body concerns please reach out to Britney. Modifications to movements will be offered during classes.
$15 per class. Feel free to bring a water, towel, and yoga mat. If you need to borrow a mat, we have them on site. Wear tennis shoes.
