Every time we enter a new year, we welcome a new beginning. It's a time when we can celebrate and release the past, while looking forward to what's to come. New Year's is the point of time when we transition from one year to the next. New Year's is a time of celebration as we remember the beauty of life and the gift of each day. New Year's is also a time for reflection on the past and setting resolutions or intentions for the coming year.
Join Kat for a blended Yoga practice that invites you to go deeper within and engage in this practice of self-reflection and setting intentions about the coming year. This is an inherently spiritual, reflective, and intentional practice, and by inviting these qualities you can set a different tone for the coming year. The class will fuse movement, laughter and relaxation, ending with a Soundbath with chimes, bells, crystal bowls and intonation.
