Join Roots & Wings Yoga Instructors and explore an eclectic mix of yoga teaching styles and yoga practices that will move your body and feed your soul.
This series is meant to provide you with space and time for yourself on a Sunday afternoon....after a family-filled day, before the work week starts, or just a time you like to carve out for yourself. Learn how to make yoga your own, incorporating in what you like best from these different classes.
This series is open to new as well as continuing students. Each teacher works with all levels. The schedule with teachers is as follows:
5/19 Maggie Sky - Join Maggie for 75 minutes of pure YOU time. Turn your attention inward--deeply inward--and learn how to incorporate yoga into practice in a way that you feel truly serves you...mind, body, heart, and all.
6/2 Meg Margarette: - Meg is an intuitive healer and yoga instructor who uses mindful strengthening and deep stretching to restore your body, mind and spirit to its natural state of ease and comfort. Guided meditations and hands on assists are included.
6/9 Kat Suwalski - with Kat, you will stretch from the inside out with breath driven flows, guided meditation and soulful beats that will uncurl the tension and bring ease into your practice.
6/16 NO CLASS
6/23 Annette Bongiorno - Explore Svaroopa yoga with Annette, nourishing your mind and body without effort and strain. Svaroopa yoga is a different kind of gentle practice, with very specific alignments in poses and props that offer support for a deeper release of tension in your body.
6/30 Katherine McClean
Space is limited, so reserve your spot. You can commit to the 5 week series for $67 and make up any missed classes at any of these teachers' other classes, good up until 5/1/19. Or, use your Roots & Wings class card. Drop ins are welcome, space permitting. Fee is $20.
