My practice is based on Energy Medicine in the style taught by Donna Eden, as well as Usui Reiki. After discussing with you the area(s) you'd like to focus on for your session, I will assess and evaluate many of your energy systems. Using subtle yet powerful non-invasive techniques, I will move stuck or stagnant energy and optimize your energy flow. Energy systems evaluated may include the aura, chakras, meridians, radiant circuits, 5-rhythyms, and more depending on your body's needs. I will also suggest self-care practices ("homework") to supplement your session thereby empowering you to take charge of your energy, your health, and your life.
