Marcia Giudice has a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and over 20 years of experience teaching body-mind approaches to movement and health. She is certified as a Feldenkrais® Practitioner, Bones for Life® Trainer, Core Integration Teacher, and Kripalu Yoga Instructor.
Katherine McClean is a graduate of the School of Conscious Healing (Sedona, Arizona), a three year program in Healing Energy Medicine. Katherine is a certified massage therapist, and also works as a personal trainer (certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine).
Malu Doherty is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga for over 17 years.Through the years her path with yoga has included several styles of practice which have shaped her classes today yet she returns to the Kripalu tradition for its compassionate approach to the body and self-observation.
Marci Zieff Marci Zieff founded her company, Creating Calm in 2007 and is a meditation expert and a certified Reiki practitioner. Marci provides meditation and relaxation training incorporating a variety of techniques including guided meditation, visualization, self-healing methods, gentle stretching and breath work.
Maggie Sky, MA is a certified teacher in Kripalu yoga, trained in biodynamic cranial touch and has worked in the mind/body field since the 90's.
